What is virtual/conceptual staging?When we take a photo you send us of a vacant room, and virtually put furniture and accessories in the photo so that it appears to be staged! It's an inexpensive way to give a great visual of what the home could look like furnished! It's also a great way to help you decide if you'd like to move forward with actual staging! How does it work?You can either send us your pictures of your vacant listing for sale via e-mail, or if you are in Utah we can take the pictures for you for an extra minimal charge. Then within 3-5 business days we will provide you with the virtually/conceptually staged photos you can use for all your marketing needs! Because you may use the pictures for all your marketing, that means you can upload them to your MLS listing or use them for printed flyer's and e-mailers! This is a great tool to help any seller decide on actual staging! Most of the virtual furniture is available to stage your home in reality! It's a great visual and the cost of the virtually/conceptually staged photo will be deducted from the staging package! Is virtual/conceptual staging deceiving?Virtual/conceptual staging is like regular staging, in that it is not used to hide problems such as a crack in the wall or a broken light fixture. We will never change anything to the home itself, only add furniture and accessories to give an idea of the homes potential. All virtually/conceptually staged photo's will have a signature stating "Conceptually staged by Bella Staging and Design" to give disclosure. Typically a buyer will visit a property before purchasing and they will be able to see exactly what they are buying. We also offer physical photo prints of the virtually/conceptually staged photos as well as a digital picture slide show. This is and has been a common practice in interior design to show the design ideas before spending the money to make the changes.
